The workout facilities at GVAC are broke up into specific rooms to ensure that your experience is as easy as possible. The lower level weight rooms vary from high intensity to low intensity, there is also a wide variety of weight and cardio rooms on the upper level which have all been strategically placed to enhance and simplify your workout routine.
