Yin Yoga Reset, Ian (Pop Up Class)

Unwind and recharge with this deeply restorative yin yoga class designed to open the hips and heart while calming the nervous system. Most poses are practiced on the mat and held for 2–5 minutes to target deep connective tissues and enhance flexibility. Ideal for starting the week grounded and refreshed.  Please inform the instructor of any joint concerns before class.
